Returns Policy
Should you wish to return any item, please contact us at tikvach@netvision.net.il within 21 days of delivery specifying your order confirmation number in the subject line and state the reason for the return of your purchase in the body of the email and we will fully refund or exchange your item (excluding shipping & handling costs).
Products must be returned in its orignal package and in its original condition with the orginal sales slip identifying the order confirmation number included.

Orders for custom made items such as especially sized rings and engraved pieces may not be cancelled and such items are unfortunately non-returnable.
